Payment Details

LiveTheta is the coordinator of this event.

THInK is the Institute of Knowledge of ThetaHealing, headquarters of ThetaHealing. 

It is necessary to make two payments, one to the coordinator (LiveTheta) and another to THInK. 

To clarify your doubts about the total amount of the investment or about the currency of the payments we have prepare the following section.  

Once you have completed the Coordination fee and THInK's fee you don't have to pay any percentage nor any annual/monthly fee to give the classes in which you certify.

How does my Investment works? What am I Paying? 

The total amount of the investment for each seminar is divided in two payments:

1. The first payment (payment 1) covers the coordination and registration to the event. It is made in Euros and you must pay it directly to the Coordinator LiveTheta. You may consult prices and availability at the registration section.
2. The second payment (payment 2) covers the cost of the class. It is made in United States Dollars and it's paid directly to THInK. Once you complete your registration payment your assistance to the class is confirmed and you will receive and automatic response. During the following weeks you will receive an email with all the important information and the payment links to complete final payment, Seminar Cost to THInK.  

No cash payments allowed. 

To participate in any of the classes it is necessary to complete both payments 100%. This means you have to complete payment 1 Registration Fee (LiveTheta) and payment 2 Seminar Cost (THInK).

¿Can i complete both payments in one transaction?

NO

It's important to note that LiveTheta is only the coordinator for the Instructor Certification in Spain, in no way are we responsible or legally allowed to receive money on behalf of another institution such as THInK. The Seminar Cost must be collected directly to THInK. 

In the event that you send to LiveTheta the payment for THInK, this money will be returned to the sender and a fine will be collected to cover any and all administration cost that each situation generates. And the participant is responsible to send the correspondent payment to THInK to be able to certify as a ThetaHealing Instructor.  

How can i complete my payments?

Total Cost consists of  2 payments.

To complete first payment, Registration Fee (LiveTheta)  follow the instructions on the official registration site.  You can complete the payment via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Credit Card. 

Once you complete your registration a Customer Number will be generated and you will receive and automatic response with the general details of the seminars you registered for. 

From 3 to 5 working days you will receive a second confirmation email with detailed information about the certification and the payment link for the second payment, the Seminar Cost  (THInK). In this link you can select to pay via PayPal or Bank Transfer. 

Can I pay with credit card?

YES

You can pay the registration fee  (payment 1) LiveTheta with Credit Card, select this option upon registration. You can also complete payments through PayPal or Bank Transfer. If you experience a problem with the credit card link, you can contact us at spain@thetahealinginstructor.com and also through PayPal you can link your credit cards to complete the payment with them if you choose to. 

The payment to THInK (payment 2) is made preferably thru PayPal or Bank Transfer. If you prefer to pay with Credit Card, you will receive a link on the confirmation email solely for Credit Card Payments.  Registration day payments to THInK can only be made by PayPal or Credit Card. 

Can I pay with a Bank Transfer?

YES

To receive the bank transfer information for the registration fee register thru the official registration site and choose that payment method on your shopping cart. We recommend to  make the transaction 10 working days prior to the beginning of class. It's important to use your customer number as a reference to the bank transfer wire. 

In the second confirmation email, you will receive a link to complete  the second payment, Seminar Cost (THInK), here you can choose bank transfer or PayPal. If you select Bank Transfer keep in mind it's preferable to complete the transaction 10 working days prior to the beginning of class!

You can verify the confirmation of your payments with the login that will be created upon registration. We can also support you on verifying payments if you send the confirmation of either payment to spain@thetahealinginstructor.com. Be aware that if you r payments are nos confirm ahead of time we need you to provide electronic or printed confirmation of said payments. 

Once Im a certified Instructor, Do I have to pay THINk or LiveTheta for each class I give?

NO

Once you complete your certification seminar and complete all your payments, you may begin to teach ThetaHealing. You do not have to pay any other fee, not to your Instructor, not to THInK for any given class.

Every 4 years you must re-certify to keep your information updated. You will be offered a special re-certification fee or the possibility to be a Teacher's Assistant in any of Vianna's classes around the world.
